Grace Terry

Grace joined Maine Street Solutions in 2024 and brings both political roots and modern organizational skills to her role. A 2023 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, she earned a double major in Marketing and Management, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic communications and operational effectiveness.

Raised in a legislative household and immersed in politics since her teens, Grace’s early exposure taught her the importance of civic engagement and the inner workings of state government. Years of working in fast-paced, client-facing roles helped her develop exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds—qualities she now applies to coordinating projects and supporting client needs.

At Maine Street Solutions, Grace oversees all aspects of trade association work: managing membership, events, marketing, financial administration, and communications. She serves clients in renewable energy, workers’ compensation, and the cannabis sector. Her experience includes organizing events for 150+ guests, coordinating annual meetings, and political fundraising events.  A typical day might include zipping between the office and the State House to deliver testimony or overseeing materials and logistics for upcoming association programs.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys being on the water—especially boating around Casco Bay—along with swimming and reading good books. An avid traveler, she spent three months backpacking through 12 countries after graduating from college.
